AVAILABILITY - we are open all year except Christmas and New Year.
ACCOMMODATION -
our five double bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated and equipped with a colour TV,
comfortable armchairs, hair dryer, iron & ironing board on request, and
tea/coffee making facilities. There is access to the rooms at all times.
We
have e residents lounge and ample on site parking.
EXCELLENT
HOME COOKING -
we serve a full
English breakfast and a four course
dinner with choice of menu.
LOCATION -
The town centre, rail and bus
stations, cliff walks, Keats Green, the Old Village and Shanklin Chine are
within strolling distance. The lift to the beach is only a three minute
walk.

BOOKING CONDITIONS -
a deposit of £30 per person, non
refundable, is required to secure a booking. Cancellation charges are as
follows: -
more than 30 days before due arrival - the deposit paid;
15-30 days before due arrival - 50% of booking cost;
up to 14 days before due arrival - 100% of booking cost.
We recommend that
you enter into a holiday insurance to cover cancellation costs.
